Dress Shop MurdersThe Dress Shop Murders of 1933
A Musical!

Written and directed by Richard Atkins

The action takes place in the Bronx at Mabel's Dress Shop at the height
of the Great Depression. Behind Mabel's legitimate dress shop lies one
of the most successful backroom gambling joints on the Eastern Seaboard,
however when people start winding up dead, one can only wonder why and
if someone is trying to take over Mabel's territory. Original songs, Tommy
Guns and murdering mayhem!

Performances:
Fridays and Saturdays at 7 pm
Fridays October 8, 15, and 22
Saturdays October 9, 16, and 23

Doors open at 6:30 pm
Dinner served at 7:00 pm
Show starts at 7:15 pm

This is a dinner theatre. Advanced reservations are required.

Class curriculum covers scene work, role characterization, speech, voice (singing) and improvisation.

There are two programs offered. Children ages 8 - 12 will meet on Thursdays beginning September 16th and running for ten weeks, ending November 18th.

Teenagers are encouraged to enroll in the Monday After School Program beginning September 13th and finishing November 15th.
